Classes, Workshops, & Retreats

Awareness Through Movement®

Awareness Through Movement® lessons are verbally directed movement sequences which guide you to discover new, graceful, and easy ways of moving and feeling. These classes support and supplement the individualized hands-on sessions. Awareness Through Movement® gives you the opportunity to actively participate in your own learning process. Through investigating the relationships between learning, moving and behaving, Sonja's classes focus on enhancing the quality with which we move through our lives.
